The members of your team always call back right away if they miss your call. They are thorough and professional and super courteous and friendly. The check in /check out process has only gotten better over the 4 years since we have been renting at The Grand.

We felt that you navigated these unprecedented times extraordinarily well. It was as close to normalcy as you can get right now and we are thoroughly grateful and appreciative of our recent stay. The staff went above and beyond to take all precautionary measures keeping everyone safe while trying to operate as normal as possible. Thank you!

Ricky was very helpful with keeping me in the loop prior to my arrival with everything going on with Covid and always answered my emails and calls if I had a question. Anthony was helpful as well with providing me extra keys to our room, with us having 8 people in our room its a lot easier to get around the building with more keys

Have stayed at The Grand numerous times in different rental units and have never been disappointed. Very nice that a one bedroom is available for just my husband and I as we usually bring a large family with us. The two of us will definitely book 105 again!

Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we really enjoyed Anthony taking the time to show us the properties for sale as well.

Everything was wonderful as shared with Anthony and would love to purchase a property at the Grand. The Grand is the nicest property we've ever stayed at in the NJ, DE or MD shore vacations we have taken.

The Unit was awesome and unbelievably well stocked. I am a cook and was very pleased with the meals I was able to turn out during our stay.. they had everything covered!

I spoke to Anthony several times, and he always was able to answer my questions. Both he and Michael were very pleasant.

My family enjoyed our stay. It was especially nice since other members of our family were also able to rent their own condo.
